Prescriptions Ordering Direct (POD) is now closed. You are no longer able to order your medication via this service.

All repeat prescriptions will be issued within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of a request. We would recommend you submit your repeat request 7 days before you are due to run out to allow the community pharmacy to dispense it.
Most repeat prescriptions now go direct to your pharmacy of choice electronically although there are some drugs that still have to be issued on a paper prescription. Pharmacies will require more time to dispense your prescription from the time they receive the prescription due to the process and whether they need to order some of the items into stock. Please discuss with your pharmacy how long they need to process your prescription.
Systmonline (Airmid) or NHS APP

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will need to be reviewed at least once a year. Please speak to our prescription clerk who will advise you of any tests you may require, ie blood tests or blood pressure check. If you need a consultation, this may be carried out with a clinician face to face or over the telephone. Your medication review will line up with your birth month each year.
