Mrs Sheila Harvey is our clinical manager, responsible for all clinical issues and complaints. She has a nursing and health visitor background with a master's degree in health care management.

Mrs Suzanne Petty (f)

Administration Manager

Mrs Suzanne Petty is our administration manager, responsible for human resources and general administration.

Administration

Behind the scenes are our extensive administration team which comprises medical secretaries and administrators.  All of them have a vital role to play in ensuring the smooth running of the practice’s systems and in ensuring services run as smoothly as possible for patients.  They also deal with financial claims, patient records and carry out searches and practice audits.

Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
